Filings come in, each one is checked against the people you already know at the company being sued, and whatever matches reaches you on a regular cycle, while it is still recent, as a single message with nothing else attached to it. It is in beta, and that is worth taking literally: treat what arrives as a starting point rather than a finished answer. It can be wrong, it can be incomplete, and anything you intend to act on should be confirmed before you do. It is being worked on continuously, so how it behaves will keep changing.
